Many athletes and professionals are left on their own to get mentally prepared for important events, deal with set-backs, and to handle the stress and pressure that can go with achievement in sport.  Mental performance skills and habits of excellence are learned habits of mind and behavioral activation and are available to athletes at any age for performance and life enrichment.  

Tara has been supporting athletes for over twenty-five years from throughout Atlantic Canada and across the country.  She stays current on national as a service provider and team member of the Canadian Center of Mental Health in Sport.  She has served as a regional representation with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association.

Investment (time and costs):   Programs range from six-sessions to six-month programs, depending on need, commitment and desire.  Clients are coached on setting aside 10-20 minutes / day for 4-6 day per week for mindfulness and mental skills training.    Cost ranges from $120-$135.00 per hour.  Parents, teams, sport organizations and individuals often make this invest not only for the performance results, but as lifelong skills and attitudes.
