Investment / Costs - Programs range from six sessions to on average six-month programs, depending on need, commitment, and desire. Clients are coached on setting aside 10-20 minutes/day for 4-6 days per week for mindfulness and mental skills training.
Cost ranges on average between $750.00 plus tax for a six-session package to a monthly development program between $450.00-$650.00 per month. More and more workplaces are paying for specialized coaching services. Clients have also utilized Professional Development and Wellness funding available.
